Production Time:

As a made-to-order brand, your item is not sitting on a shelf, it’s created just for you!
Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for your order to be made before dispatch.

We work in small batches to maintain quality, so timelines may vary slightly. We promise it’s worth the wait ♡

Shipping & Delivery:

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via our selected courier. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Exchanges & Shipping Costs:

For any approved exchanges, customers are responsible for all shipping costs involved. This includes:
– Returning the original item
– Shipping the new item

As each exchange requires a new piece to be made, we appreciate your understanding. In special circumstances, this may be reviewed at our discretion.
