Refund policy

Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, please let us know and we’ll always do our best to work with you to make it right!

Returns:

We do not accept returns. However, in special cases, requests may be considered at our discretion. Please email us at ponyavenueshop@gmail.com, and we’ll review your request.

Exchanges:

We offer exchanges only. If your item doesn’t fit, we’re more than happy to exchange it for you!
You must contact us within 14 days (2 weeks) of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn and in original condition.

As we are a made-to-order brand, please note that your exchange item will need to be remade. Because of this, you should expect an additional waiting period.

Market & In-Person Purchases:

Items purchased at markets or in-person events are not eligible for exchange, as fitting is available at the time of purchase and exchanges create additional admin constraints.

Sizing:

We strongly encourage you to check our size chart before purchasing. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!
